Juan Sebastian Morgado

After the Buenos Aires Olympiad of 1939 many strong players remained in Argentina, following the outbreak of war in Europe. The Argentine chess organisers were quick to organize events for them, two of which are featured in this book. The Rosario Tournament (8 players) featured Petrovs, Eliskases and Mikenas whilst the Buenos Aires Circulo Tournament (12 players) attracted Najdorf, Keres and Stahlberg amongst others. The book includes all 94 games from the two tournaments, many with annotationas by Czerniak and others.

Published 2008, softback, stapled binding, 76 pages.
