The Sicilian Kan variation (1.e5, c5; 2.Nf3, e6; 3.d4, cxd4; 4.Nxd4, a6) is a flexible and less theoretical option for Black, compared to the Najdorf, Dragon and Sveshnikov systems. It can transpose into other Classical Sicilians but usually keeps it's own unique characteristics.
Here Grandmaster Adrien Demuth offers a repertoire for Black against all White's major 5th move choices - 5.Bd3, 5.c4, 5.Nc3, 5.Be2 and 5.Be3, as well as other options on move 5. He also looks at the Delayed Alapin line (3.c3) and other move 3 possibilites, such as 3.a3, 3.b4 and 3.g3, among many.
Adrien Demuth is a French Grandmaster and author of the Modernized Reti and Modernized Dutch.
