Michal Krasenkow is a Polish chess grandmaster, a chess trainer and writer. He is one of the strongest Polish chess players since World War II. His aggressive playing style has won him many best game awards and some notable tournament victories including a tied first place at the 1992 Tal Memorial in Moscow. Krasenkow was born in Moscow and became a Grandmaster in 1989 before emigrating to Poland in 1992.
This book is divided into three chapters. The first part is a brief description of Krasenkow's life and career. The second chapter includes 54 of his most memorable victories grouped by their main contents (tactics, attack, positional play etc.) while in every section games are arranged in chronological order. The third chapter is specifically devoted to endgames and contains analyses of the 12 most interesting, often amazing endgames, from Krasenkow's games.
