Q.
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
A. If the items ordered are in stock (generally the case) your order
will usually be despatched within 1 - 2 working days of receipt. If
any item is not in stock and is likely to be delayed more than 5 working
days we will advise you and try to give a despatch date. Available items
will be despatched first with any back-ordered items following when
available. If you don't want to wait for back-ordered items you can
cancel them at any time by emailing us. Unfortunately our stock records
are not yet linked to the web site.

If my order is despatched in more than one shipment will it cost more
for delivery?
A. No, the order total is that shown when you place the order, irrespective
of whether we need to use more than one shipment.
Q.Can
I use a separate delivery address?
A. Yes, but please provide your home address as well to enable the processing
of your card payment.
Q.
Do I have to sign for receipt of my order? (UK only)
A. If you select delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce
24 or Parcelforce 48 you will need to be present to sign for the goods.
If you select ordinary 1st or 2nd class post a signature is not required.
Signature requirements outside the UK will depend on your postal provider.

What are your shipping rates?
A. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout, according to the
weight of your ordered items and your delivery destination. This is
the fairest way of ensuring accurate shipping rates for all customers,
irrespective of location. See

Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50,

I didn't receive an email acknowledging my order, why not?
A. All orders received on-line are automatically acknowledged by email.
If you do not receive an email please check the email address you supplied
with your order. If it was mistyped then you would not receive the confirmation
email. If it was not mistyped please email us, from that address, and
we will send a confirmation manually.

Are payments processed on-line?
A. If you
input your card details at our checkout payment is processed by us when
we despatch your order. This way, if an item is not in stock, you will
not be charged be charged for it until it is available for despatch.
If you choose the PayPal payment option then payment is taken in full,
via PayPal, when you place your order.
Q. Do you charge extra for accepting payment by credit or debit
card or PayPal?
A. No.
