A J Gillam (Ed)

The Hague 1928 was the second official chess olympiad. It was held alongside the Olympic Games in Amsterdam and, because of this connection, no professional players were allowed to compete.

This book includes all the available games (without notes) from the individual and team events together with the complete pairings for the latter. In all there are well over 300 games and fragments, articles, team lists and a player index. Articles taken from a Dutch chess magazine of 1928 translated by Xander Wadman.

Published 1998, softback, stapled binding, 79 pages.
